Great stay with fantastic service!

So, I was there for 3 nights and it was a solid experience. The staff, especially Kevin and Alejandro, were super helpful and always had a smile. The gardens looked great and added a chill vibe. The only thing was the air conditioning could've been better, but overall, I liked it a lot. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch too!

The positives include particularly good location and parking on-site.

Everything was nice, had a VERY PLEASANT stay for one night. My room at this hotel was great-sized and air conditioned with good beds. Climate control and free wireless internet were good. That property was in a favourable location, in the middle of jackson. A few times I ate at Chili's, located not too far from the hotel.

The room at radisson was clean and spacious, with a lovely garden view. I enjoyed the heated indoor pool and appreciated the helpful staff, especially kevin and alejandro at the front desk, who provided excellent service. The fitness center was well-equipped, letting me maintain my workout routine while enjoying free wi-fi to video chat with family.

Service That Goes the Extra Mile

Kevin and Alejandro treated us like family. Their attentiveness transformed our experience.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, made some nights uncomfortable.

What's great and what's not

The heated pool was a good retreat. The breakfast had fantastic variety and was always delicious!

Though the hotel was nice, the location was somewhat isolated and required a taxi for city access-can't walk anywhere. The fitness area was rather small.

The room was clean and equipped with everything expected. The inside gardens were well maintained. The Wifi worked well for my Zoom meetings, allowing me to stay connected smoothly.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The breakfast was good, a lot of variety, and the coffee was excellent! The garden areas were a nice touch, it was peaceful and beautiful to walk around.

It wasn't cheap, but acceptable for what you get.

Really good Service and Family-Friendly Atmosphere

We stayed for 2 nights and were thoroughly impressed! Kevin and Alejandro at reception gave us the warmest welcome. The Double Room was spacious, perfect for our family. Don't miss the breakfast buffet-totally worth it!
